The complete Course – we show you the way!The whole course of the Trans Germany 2012 is approximately 275 kilometers long. A little bit shorter than last year, but it has fewer parts where the bikers have to ride on asphalt. With a difference of 8500 Meter in altitude all together the high athletic standard remains the same. However the first stage added 160 meter in altitude difference and with a total of over 2700 meter in altitude difference it turns out to be a real “plank”. A tough start but looking at the whole course, the stages until the finish in Garmisch- Partenkirchen will get less and less difficult. There are a lot of new bits and pieces at stage 3 and 4 which will provide fun rides on varied trails on the high plateau of Seefeld and Leutasch. One thing is for sure: the 2012 course got a lot more attractive. more »
