Mittwoch, 14. April 2010 Bike Team Sonthofen with superb preparationSeven out of the district town’s nine knights in shining lycra are taking advantage of BM-Fitness-Studio situated in Sonthofen-Rieden to pedal some kilometres. “Instructor“ Pascal Eckhardt therefore came up with a specific training plan for the Allgau athletes who mainly had to do some sessions on the “spinning bike”. This should result in the necessary basis for the up-coming tasks. But before it’s time to represent their home town colours at the CRAFT BIKE TRANS GERMANY powered by NISSAN in June, the whole team will compete in the Auerberg-Mountainbike-Marathon mid of May to find out if they are all fit enough for the big stage race.
